  • 'The Night's Music' is a "carte blanche" concert for piano and electronics with a multipolar vision, conceived by the Italian-Egyptian artist/composer A2 Abd El Monim, born Alan Abd El Monim, and the Italian pianist Mattia Barbagallo. The two artists offer an interpretation of the light/dark, play of shadows, and colors of the night that are encapsulated in the poetic "dark" of artist A2 Abd El Monim.

The project was conceived with the intention of exploring the history of “musica d'arte," traversing different eras and aesthetics with a common thread that runs through all compositions: nocturnal nuances. Starting from Baroque music, passing through Romanticism, and reaching contemporary Musica di Creazione, the concert program will include pieces for solo piano, interspersed with “iperludi", or electroacoustic interludes that bridge the end of one composition with the beginning of the next, leading up to a piece for piano and electronics.

On the occasion of the Festival On Air - On Site, only an excerpt will be played.
