Roberto Vaio began his artistic experiments in the late 1980s. He meets Helena Velena who leads him to the first national edition of Erotica, which has brought to light new realities such as cyber and transgenderism combined with new frontiers of fetish. From the second half of the 90s he joined the group of performers Vanitas Company led by the famous Countess Pinina Garavaglia. At the end of the second millennium begins the radio experience on Radio Flash-Popolare Network, characterized by bizarre and provocative formats. In recent years he has dedicated himself to contemporary art, his main passion since ever, as curator of exhibitions and independent critic. Currently he has created the pictorial formats Don Chuck and Pornobello, exponents of the new Manifesto of the Current Art proposed by Cascina Spaziale.
In 2022 he made his debut with a novel: “La lisca del pesce piccolo”, published by El Doctor Sax based in Valencia. Roberto Vaio is a speaker and dj broadcasting from the microphones of Radio Bandito. His radio show Radio Maria Maddalena is a container of sounds related to less touted current events.
