Sara Maino

Sara Maino (Arco, 1970) is an Italian multidisciplinary artist: director, performer and writer, world traveler with theatre, poetry and video projects. A freelance with 25 years of experience in sound art, devising and managing international cultural projects and initiatives, engaged in sound education and research-collecting community memories. Winner of the Culture Moves Europe call in 2023 for a performance in Portugal dedicated to fire victims. Selected for La semaine du son Unesco 2024 in Brussels with a sound installation dedicated to the melting of glaciers. Lives and works between Italy and Belgium.
