Silvia De Teresa and Sigrid Angelsen
Silvia De Teresa is a Spanish pianist and improviser based in The Hague (NL). Her work moves between music, movement, and social practice, and is rooted in process-based, improvisational creation that invites vulnerability, curiosity, and shared authorship. She has performed with Klangforum Wien, Sonology Electroacoustic Ensemble, and at festivals and venues such as Holland Festival, Düsseldorf Festival, and L’Auditori Barcelona.
Sigrid Sand Angelsen is a Norwegian musician based in The Hague (NL) and Trondheim (NO). She is a cellist, improviser and composer-performer, regularly appearing in a variety of projects across many genres. Her work consists of her own projects, collaborations with others and participation in projects with ensembles such as Trondheim Jazz Orchestra, New Europen Ensemble, Amund Åse Quartet and Duo MA.
Silvia and Sigrid met during their time at the Royal Conservatoire The Hague, where they are currently completing a Master’s in New Audiences and Innovative Practices.
